Question about development

Hey all,

I am in a league and I have a rotation of Oswalt-Day-Foppert-Heilman-Jennings.

Oswalt is 4.5 spect stars, and Day had a great ratings increase and he is 4.5 as well. Foppert dropped to 4 stars and his brilliant talent ratings dropped to good from one of his previous teams. Right now he is doing awesome for me. In his last 5 he went 4-0 with a 0.90 ERA. I was wondering if it is possible for him to go back up to 5 stars and increase his talent ratings again.

Sure. Talent ratings can go up and down, though as a player ages they will head downward more than upward generally.
