Cato/Commish Joe Exporter

I am about 25 years into a solo fictional league and looking into using this tool.

I have not backed up every year and therefore do not have the HTML outputs from every year.

If I start using it at the end of this year:
a-What info will I be missing (all retired players, current players previous years, etc)?
b-Will I run into any other problems?
c-Is it worth using on a league that I am this far into?

Also, anything other background information I need to know and are these tools easy to use?

It seems like it would add alot to my solo league so thanks in advance for all responses.
