Graphics Problem - OOTP4

I am having problems with the text after starting the game. The text blends in with the background and is very difficult to read. When playing a game the Play by play does not refresh. I had the same issue with OOTP3 and turned of 3D graphics and had no further problem. I tried the same with OOTP4, and the first time I played had no problem, but since have had the above issue. Any ideas?

A couple of things to maybe try:

1. After you turned off 3d did you re-boot the machine?

2. What resolution are you playing in? I found
that when I played in 800x600 with both 3D & Fullscreen enabled the text was fine. However when I turned off 3D then the text was garbled.
I then changed the resolution to 1024x768 and the text was fine with 3d disabled.

3. Keep in mind OOTP4 is really meant to be played at 1024x768

4. Lastly I don't know what kind of video card you are using, but they usually allow you to tweak them. I myself am using an old Voodoo 3 3000. Good Luck..
