Ever try this?

I was thinking about trying this but wanted to know if anybody has already tried this. Have you ever had your pitchers in the minor leagues play in the field to get them ratings in the field and improve their hitting? Would it be worth the time and trouble? I've tried to put a lefty relief pitcher in the outfield for one batter and then bring him back to pitch but OOTP doesn't let you do that.

I hope that changes. If Whitey Herzog could switch relief pitchers and right fielders between Tim Worrell and Ken Dayley, then I want to also.
