Pierre .. Experience editor?

GForce's roster has a problem. All rookies have 1 year of experience instead of 0. Is there anyway you could do something like this:

Look for players with no career stats
If that player has 1 experience, set it to 0

With arbitration, this issue is a big deal.

I'm verifying if they have nothing in the batting and pitching years and if the exp is = 1, than I setup it to 0.

Let me know if you have any problem and dont look a the interface prgm utility.

I did a search and found nothing- How does experience play a roll in the game and from where is a player's experience viewable?

Experience is used as the basis of when players ask for arbitration or a "real" ML contract. After a player's 2nd year or experience, he will ask for arbitration. After his 5th, he'll ask for a ML contract.

As for where it's located in the game, I'm not sure. It wasn't visible in OOTP4, so I am not sure if it was added in v5.

No, I made a quick fix utility only for the specific problem of Joe.

I think he means this one. I ran it, and it didnt lock up, but I haven't been able to test the results. I handed it off to the IABL commish, but haven't heard back from him yet. My work schedule is VERY crazy lately.

Should I just upload this with a "use at your own risk" label?

If he's having the same exact problem as you, he can use it but I'm pretty sure he wants to be able to do it differently.
This was only a fast quick fix.

Anyone using GForce's roster has the same problem, so I see this as being useful to a LOT of people .. especially GForce.
