Caught Stealing too often?

My player (Spud Crowly) has a speed of 100 and a stealing ability of 83.

Problem is, he has been caught stealing 28 times in 83 chances...thats a success rate of about 66%...

I think he should be getting caught somewhat less...I mean 15-20 sounds reasonable...but 28!?

You are absolutely right. The CS percentages are too high.

My player stole 52 bases, and got caught 38 times.

My stealing instincts is 108. I stole 97 and was caught 27 times last year. Thats a success rate of 78%. Ricky Henderson's is 80 over his career. Its 76% over my career. Seems about right to me.
