Red face I can not install

Well I was able to download and run the demo without problem. But I can not get the full version of the program to start-up. When I tried to run the program for the first time I got the "invalid page" DirectX error. So I installed DirectX 8.1, but I am still getting the "invalid page" error.

Since I can run the demo without problem I assume the eLicense is the trouble point. Please help me, I am dying to get into this game!

I am trying to run the game on Virtual PC with Windows 98.

Thanks.

Isn't Virtual PC a PC emulator for Mac computers? If so, then that is most likely the problem . Please let us know if this is the case.

Virtual PC is exactly that- but like I said, the Demo works just fine. . .and no one seems to be able to answer my question, includiing the developer or ViaTech. Oh, well I guess I will have to go back to All-Star Baseball until the Mac version is released (no, I am not holding my breath).

I think this maybe an E-Liscence issue. If it is then the retail version of the game (E-Liscence free) would potentially work. If you purchase it from a place with a decent return policy you should be able to get it home install it and see if it works, if it doesn't, then you return it, if it does... well then you are good to go.

I'm willing to bet that if the demo works, but the full version doesn't then its an E-Liscence issue.

So check out Season Ticket Baseball 2003 (this is the retail version I mentioned) it has been reported in some Wal-Marts and EB's so far and is likely in other stores as well.

Hope this helps.
