Question on my roster in an online league

Ok, I am in the WBL (best league ever) and I have a problem with my roster. The league is set up with a 80 million dollar cap and I am currently resting at about 72 million dollars. I should be shaving off a lot of that with losing a few high priced, low talent free agents, but because my team is young, a lot of my guys will be getting raises due to arbitration. I really want to stay competative for many years to come and I know that my dominating pitching staff is the key. I want to have enough money to resign these guys later one, but I currently have a big RF up for free agency. Magglio Ordonez is up for free agency and I want to try and hold onto him. He's a solid player who hits for average, homeruns and even more important to me, doubles. He also is a GREAT at clutch hitting, good for the playoffs. He's currently asking for a 6 year deal at 10 million dollars and I'm not sure if I should resign him. I'm also losing Sexson to free agency at the end of the year and I don't know if my roster can handle losing two all-star bats over one offseason. We got a lot of good guys around them, but because my team is young, I've basically depleted my minor league system to get these guys. Should I A) resign him at the huge price. B)use Juan Pierre there, even though he won't come close to Ordonez's power, he will steal a lot of bases and I like that, C) sign a guy over free agency (the only options coming into the free agent market that I'm for sure on are Ordonez and Gary Sheffield, or D) try and make a trade for a young, cheap power hitter.

I need more info. What are Ordonez's ratings? How old is he now? What is his current salary? What will your salary be at before you sign any free agents?

These factors all play into the decision.
