CommishJoe Exporter problem
I am trying to export players with the above utility. I seem to not be able to do this as when I put the file where I want the csv dump to go to, DOS tells me it cannot open that file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
player.exe "c:\program files\400 software studios\new league.lg" "c:\my doucments" I cannot get that to work |

1st directory is where the .dat files are for OOTP
2nd directory is where you want the CSVs to go Ensure the 2nd directory exists.

I just wanted them to go to the desktop so I put c:\desktop
Then I made a folder in the c drive called csv and told it to go to c:\csv Neither worked. |

Well, the desktop directory definately wouldn't have worked. I'm not even sure what you would type in to make it generate to the desktop (not sure why you'd want 18 files on the desktop either
).As for why you can't get the 2nd one to work, I don't know.

If you are running Windows XP the paths are:
C:\Documents and Settings\***User Name***\My Documents\ C:\Documents and Settings\***User Name***\Desktop\ Windows XP has different folder names depending on the user. |

Quote:
Idea 2: "c:\program files\400 software studios\new league.lg" does not seem like the correct path - I would guess this is supposed to be "c:\program files\400 software studios\OOTP5\new league.lg" If either of the above idea's is true it would explain the files not exporting to C:\csv or anywhere else. Not sure why else that would not work, good luck. |
