2003 Real Roster League?

I've been waiting around for about 2-3 weeks, looking for a new 2003 roster league to pop forward. I have seen a couple, but the ones I've seen don't look very promising, as the commissioner can't even post without mispelling, while using inadequate grammar.

If anyone has had any thoughts of starting one, let me know by email akrobat@tpb-fans.com and I could even be persuaded into helping out with the league and providing web space if needed. I understand there are tons of real roster leagues out there, but being a newcomer, the opportunities to manage your own team from scratch haven't been plenty.

There are plenty of current roster leagues. I am in a great one right now.

I understand there are tons out there... I was talking about someone starting up a new league, for those who weren't around when OOTP5 first came out.
