Patches

I just finished my first season (I played every game) and I'm starting the offseason free-agent signings, etc. and I decided that I would download the patches that are offered on this site. I downloaded them and clicked the new OOTP icon on my desktop and a popup comes up that says "A required .DLL file, ELICEN40.DLL, was not found." So, I cannot play the new version with the patches, but I can still play my original game. Any ideas?

You "unzipped" the "patch" in the wrong place. It needs to be unzipped in the OOTP5 folder "overwriting" any old files.
