Looking for an established league? The NCBL has a few open spots

Hi folks,

The New City Baseball League (http://www.hugginsweb.net/ootp/ncbl.html) is finishing up its 11th season (2012) and is in need of a few new owners to take over existing teams. No online experience is needed. We can walk new players through the process.

The teams up for grabs are:

The Capital City Pioneers:

Cap City was an expansion team back in 2008 and is still suffering growing pains. The owner had enough and we need an owner looking for a challenge.

The Prescott Skyliners

Prescott has been around since 2002 and they are currently in the Wild Card hunt for the first time. This is an up and coming team (finally) in need of an owner who is not afraid to play in a very difficult division.

The Novi Drillers

The Drillers are also an original NCBL team that has seen better days. A one time National League power, Novi hovers around .500 and plays in possibly the best division in baseball.

The league specs are as follows:

-OOTP5
-Fictional Players
-Fictional Teams
-No DH (AL/NL)
-Minor League Option Years enabled
-75 Mil Salary Cap
-Games are simmed every M/W/F/ - 2 week's worth (Sims are rarely, if ever, missed)
-We use coaches
-All Scouts set to "average"
-NO trading of draft picks
-Teams receive compensation for losing high priced players to FA
-Max Cash on hand at 20 million
