Smaller Screen?

Is there any way I could make the OOTP screen a tad bit smaller, so i could at least see my toolbar at the bottom of the screen, it would help when I'm doing more than just playing OOTP? Is there any way to do this in-game? Thanks

do what I did before i had a higher resolution and a second monitor... click and hold on the bottom of the bar on top (can't think of the name of it right now) and drag it to the top

Not possible, you can however hit the "windows" key(if you have a newer keyboard) and it will bring up the toolbar, or you can always just minimize the game.

I meant running the game in a "smaller screen".

the bar at the top of OOTP. The program window bar. Click and hold on the very bottom of that bar and drag it up as high as possible. Also, having XP running on "classic" style helps.

cant you change the resolution of your screen to 1290*1024, that way the game will run in a smal portion of the screeen in the center.

Many older cards , many monitors and alot of laptops do not support any resolution greater than 1024 x 768, so if this is the person's case as it would be for many, this unfortunatly is not an option.
