-Owner activity
-Creativity
-Organization
-Web site
-History

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE OFBA AWARDS PAGE TO HAVE YOUR LEAGUE JUDGED BY THE <a href="http://www.simleagues.com/ofba/" target="_blank">OFBA</a>.

Deadline for entering is the END OF APRIL
