Post Glory Days Baseball Association has an opening

Glory Days baseball is currently in their 15th season (1934). We have an immediate opening for owner of the Detroit Tigers. Among others, the Tigers have Earl Averill, Hack Wilson and Al Simmons and have the #1 pick in this years rookie draft.

Please E-Mail if interested with some info about yourself (OOTP experience, OOTP financial experience, and knowledge of baseball history... in particular the era we are in). My E-Mail address is commissioner@boys-of-summer.com

Good luck with finding a new Owner.

Man Looking at the Leagues your In OOL, Boys Of Summer, & Glory Days I'd say those right there are the Top 3 leagues I've seen.

I wouldnt even feel qaulified to apply for a position In one of those leagues

No disrespect to other leagues out there but from what I seen these Guys really know how to run there leagues.

Thanks for the boost... I definitely think that MLBC and OOL are both high quality leagues with a bunch of great owners. As for Boys of Summer and Glory Days, we have some great owners also, but I'll let someone else be the judge of the leagues. I couldn't help but be biased.

I must say that the response was overwhelming. We had many fine people asking to join the league and it became difficult to make a decision. We went with a person that we think will make a fine owner that pointed out that he had been on our waiting list (at Historically OOTP) for quite a while.

For those of you who were not picked, don't be discouraged. I'd encourage you to either go out to Historically OOTP and put your name in for early for the next opening or even think about putting your name in for the Boys of Summer league ( www.boys-of-summer.com ).

Thanks to all those who did apply and wish we had something for you.
