TWBL to open doors, but need 6 managers

Hi folks... Looks like my old FPS league file took a dive along with my HD. Thus, I've started the new TWBL to replace it.

I have 22 managers committed to coming over from the old league, but that leaves me with about 6 openings at the moment.

We'll be voting on startup rules, but here are the preliminary details.

1 - We'll start somewhere between 1975-1985 (probably 1980).

2 - Teams will be drafted either Fully, partially or all by computer -- But will not be STOCK rosters. So you're only getting a team name, not specific players.

3 - There will be a salary cap, probably Arbitration, and Free Agency (of course).

Game is NOT required, but recommended. We are using Version 4.
