Importing rookies

I know some leagues on the server do this, I was wondering how I could....

Is there a way I can create a college league (with players ages 17-21), sim it, and then import those seniors as my rookies in the amateur draft in my MLB league?

If anyone that can help me out with this would be great...

You would need to download Pierre's Importer utility. I'm not sure you'd be able to get them into the draft, but you'd at least get them as free agents.
