Error Message - on startup
When trying to run Out of the Park 4 - I get the following message.
OOTP4.exe Sorry, could not get a license at this time. Please try running this program later. 23 I've had the game with an active license for quite some time and I never deactivated the license or anything. I'm wondering what I need to do to fix it. Thanks |

Sounds like something has changed on your system, go to control panel and find the elicense folder and see if OOTP still is licensed.
From Via-Tech: 23 (Purchase process only) This error only occurs during a desktop purchase, and means that the name and address you supplied does not exactly match the records for your credit card. You need to enter the name and address exactly as they appear on the credit card statement.
