How to de-active in order to regain a license?

Hey gang-

I want to uninstall ootp5 from one computer and move it to another. I just needed to know if there is a special process to regain the license upon uninstalling?

Then just run the OOTP5setup.exe program.

man, i cant find the elicense directory for the life of me. i searched for elicense and came up with nothing.

It sould be somewhere around the control panel.
