Yes, we won't ban them for life though. They can rejoin again when a team comes open.
It cuts down on the age-old problem of throwing games to get that #1 pick, and keeps the bottom team active and interested in the end of the season. We'll try it, if it doesn't work, we'll learn. |

That is a VERY cool rule in my opinion! It keeps the waiting list moving as well.

The rule also promotes mediocrity as you cannot make decisions to get rid of aging vets for young guys to build a future powerhouse. You cannot risk it.
Now demotion to AAA manager, that's a different story.
