Version 5.11 issues

I can play version 5.10 with no issues.

I downloaded the V5.11 patch yesterday and when i run the patch i get the following error message

"This application has failed to start because elicen40.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Not really sure how to fix this. I ran the diagnostic file and mailed the file to the OOTP5 guys. Sorry if this has been aswered before. I just returned from 3 months of traveling and have not really been able to keep up with the message boards.\

When you unzipped the patch did you unzip it to the OOTP5 folder overwriting the old .exe file?

The Patch is actually just a new .exe file so if you double click the .exe that was in the zip it tries to start a new game, but can not since it won't have the .dll file in the proper path.
