teflon - NEED NEW STADIUM

Hello All -

This may seem a bit of a strange request but them again , I think somehow the people who frequent this board will understand.

Last night we had to have our greyhound put to sleep due to bone cancer. My son, an avid OOTP fan is, as you can imagine, devestated (so is Dad, by the way.)

He jokingly said last night that we should rename one of the OOTP parks after him. So - I am wondering if it is possible for someone to modify one of the existing parks to have a sign which reads:

GILLIGAN MEMORIAL FIELD.

If it is possible, without too much difficulty it would be MUCH appreciated. Even if it's not possible - let me once again state my respect for the incredible work you guys do!

I am saddened by your lose. I have a 2 ½ year old Rhodesian Ridgeback and can't imagine having to go through all that let alone having to go through that with a child as well.

It would be great to see if Teflon would be willing to do this for you. Maybe he could even go as far as putting images of running greyhounds on the outfield fence or something else along those lines.

If no one else gets to this for you I will most certainly try my hand at it and see what we can come up with for your son.

It might help if you list your top 3 choices of ballparks as a starting point. I personally can't make any promises since my ballpark edits are rather mundane but this shouldn't go without action.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm not picky on the stadium...obviously Fenway is a favorite but most likely hard to adapt. Wrigley is cool to but I also love all the custom stuff Teflon has done...

I'm bumping this one last time before the weekend in hopes that Teflon will actually see it and do something about resolving this. He could do a much better job than me so he should be the first choice. However, if it is not done soon then I'll try my best over the holiday and see what we can come up with in my limited abilities.

bumping again, sorry for loss. my border terrier is 13 now and just lost his hearing a few months ago, poor little fella, but he's still happy as can be
