Is this guy serious?

Former major leaguer Derek Bell visited the Yankees developmental center June 26 looking for a coaching position. "I just want to get back into the game and do a little teaching on hitting," said Bell. "Help the kids get the right fundamentals, the right swing and stance, the right feel for the ball."

Right fundamentals to what? How to not make the majors?
