OOTP5: No Scouting Ratings when Playing the Game

I've had this happen a few times with OOTP5.

I'll start out being able to view the rating of the opposing team in the player windows on the bottom right (you know, the H, S, D, ... rHR lHR etc...) and then after a few innings they just all show red "0"s Even if I click on the player name and go to the player report all the rating informations shows red "0" This really hurts when I'm trying to decide if a guy is stronger versus lefties or righties.

Anyone suffer this/know of a solution?

Using fully patched XP Pro.

Are you sure that they have a scout? I know you said that you are able to start out seeing it, but that could still be a possibility.
