e-license purshase?

I'd like to know if there is a way to purchase an order id number online, NOT using the actual ootp5 software. The reason I want to do this is because I have ootp5 installed on another computer, but cannot get an ID for it because it lacks internet access.

I do not have access to admin privleges on this computer, and cannot install software to get an order ID. I see in ootp5 there is a way to get a license offline, but not the order ID. Does anyone have any ideas besides snail mail? It is not a viable option for me to get internet access on the other computer.

Is the game operational on the "other" machine?

Well it is operational in the sense I can run the program, and try to purchase it, but fail miserably because of the lack of internet...

I'm not sure if Via-Tech will do a CC over the phone but it can't hurt to try, contact them 866-723-3376 or either at their web site http://www.elicense.com and they can probably work something out.

Hrmm guess I'll try the Viatech guys, don't have phone access believe it or not so this could be difficult, hopefully they'll have a solution. Thank you for the reference.
