100% Accuracy Glitch

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but in all my saves recently, when I am using 100% accuracy I am getting inflated potentials in drafts. If I toggle to normal accuracy, I get non-inflated numbers. For example, in this recent IFA class, with 100% scouting accuracy, there are 7 80 potential players. When I toggle to normal, the highest potential player in the draft is a 65. Can I still assume the 100% accuracy is correct? Seems like its backwards to me.

For clarity, do you hit the "Run Full Re-Scouting" button under after you toggle the scouting on/off toggle?

When scouting is on and even if you are using 100% your scouts lie. If you want to play with 100% scouting then disable scouting because even at 100% you are getting flaws from your scouts. So... either play with scouting set at high accuracy or just disabled it all together.

I just ran a test on this and when you have scouting still turned on and at 100% it is NOT the same as scouting disabled seeing the actual 100% numbers. My pitcher was rated at 51/51 with scouting turned on and at 100%. As soon as I disabled scouts and reran scouting for the whole league, he was a 55/55. So when scouts are enabled, even if you set it at 100% you are not getting the actual numbers and that honestly could be the scouts still having that flaw that "scouts lie to you" and it seems even when you set them to 100% scouting.

What type of scout, ability, neutral, tools? And did you have the incorporate stats into ratings option checked?
