Trouble with graphics

I’ve been playing and buying OOTP ever since ootp5, this is the only time I’ve had trouble. When I play a game I have little black specks all over my screen. It’s the only version I’ve ever had trouble on, I’ve been playing 26 on this machine since it came out. Any ideas if there’s something I can do in settings to fix it?
