The offseason has officially begun, and two franchises are open for new GMs as we head into the next era of JABO baseball:

• Rocky Mountain Rippers
One team is built to win now. The other is a full creative rebuild. Both are ready for a GM to take control.

JABO is a pay league, ensuring long‑term stability, hosting, and StatsPlus support.
Cost Structure
You get a free season since the team is already paid for one more seasonNO REFUNDS – League dues are final.League dues are paid every 4 seasons at a cost of $100Contract Voiding Rule
Every new GM may void one contract upon joining.
This allows flexibility to reshape the roster immediately.
Team Relocation & Stadium Policy
Teams may relocate to any city.
New GMs can freely:
RebrandChange city/locationUpdate logos, colors, and identityRename their stadium to fit their new visionUecker Units Upgrade System
JABO uses Uecker Units (UU) as its in‑league currency for team upgrades.
GMs can earn and spend these units during the offseason to customize their franchise.
Teams earn 5 UU each season by completing a Media Day.
UU can be spent on upgrades such as:
Player or coach nicknamesRookie name changesStadium seating expansionsFan interest and loyalty boostsStadium rebuilds and renamesTeam name or logo changesCoaching talent upgradesThis system rewards creativity and engagement, giving every GM the chance to shape their team’s identity and fan experience.

A full JABO League Rule Book is available upon request for any GM who wants complete details on league operations, rules, and upgrade systems.
League Communications
All league communication — announcements, trades, league chat, and coordination — is handled on Slack.
