charlottemustangs Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Aug 2016 Posts: 32	Player Development Budget I'm currently in the preseason and it provides me with the option to change my player development budget but after I type in the new amount it just reverts back to the original amount. Doesn't matter if I lower or increase. What am I doing wrong?
