Black Screen Glitch, Can't Interact With Main Menu

After backing out from Perfect Team to the main menu, every time I load up the game, I get a black screen with card art in the bottom right corner. I've already restarted my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, etc.

Sorry that's happening. This is a really tricky issue to figure out, we're still working on it. It seems we've narrowed things down that this is potentially a graphics driver related bug, we just need now to figure out how to work around it when it comes up.

For now though, if you try the troubleshooting steps here, you should be able to get things up and running again.

Possible Fix:

I encountered this same issue, and this method worked for me. If standard troubleshooting doesn't resolve the problem, try manually adjusting your 3D Settings:

- Open your settings and locate the 3D or OpenGL section.
- Change the setting from "Use default (Use OpenGL and fast blit if possible)" to "Use OpenGL only for 3D."
- Apply the changes and restart the application.

After doing this, I found I was actually able to switch back to the default settings without the issue returning.
