Advanced is the option during game creation.
If your save has already been created you can go to League Settings from your main League Menu drop-down. Trade options are under "AI Settings". Development and Injuries are both under "Players & Team". *Edit* - Sorry, missed that this was in the "Go" forum. One of the differences between Go and the desktop version is you cannot access league rules and settings until after you create the game. Once you go to league settings tap view to get to advance mode.
