Trying to save the Thrashers

So I'm a recovering and bitter Thrashers fan IRL and I always play FHM as the Thrashers. I recently picked up FHM12 and playing a historical league where I want to keep the Thrashers from moving to Winnipeg. I have been succeful in preventing the move in 2011 by unchecking both "Team stop playing..." and "New teams appear..." in the in the Manger Options screen but I think if I leave it this way, it will prevent LV and SEA from joining the league. If I check "New teams appear..." the game forces the move to Winnipeg in future years - or at least in July 2012.

How can I keep the Thrashers in Atlanta and still have the future expansions?

You can bring them in manually yourself on 1st july on the season they are meant to join
