Pitcher warming

I can not find the setttings to turn off the pitcher warming rule. I don't like it as the computer manager is not forced to use this rule. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Top right on game options before entering game, can't change it mid game. "Pitcher warmup"

So is this something that would need to be set before every game? I thought for sure there was a league-wide setting for this.

You set it once and it sticks until you decide to change it again.
