PT Tournaments stuck

"Monday up and at them Bronze" Stuck simulating
"EF-4T-Challenge-Bronze-ID6" Stuck preparing

I don't have the option to enter "play now" on either one, it's grayed out.

paid 1000pp for the entry fee tournament, would like to get that refunded at least, if possible.

We temporarily paused the simulation servers to fix a bug.
This issue has been resolved.
