Make Trade Work button?

For some reason I cannot find the make trade work button? Is it there anymore?

It will not be there if you have enabled the "Hard Mode" for trading.

Is that change explained anywhere? With the lack of documentation on new features, it's difficult to know what is broken and what is working as designed, but not making sense because it is different than last year.

Just for the sake of asking, can you check Game Settings/AI Settings and see if the Use hard mode box is checked?

There was nothing changed, it's the same as it has always been when enabling the hard mode checkbox.

Do you mean you are just not getting any offers? If thats case, its pretty much impossible to make any reasonable trade early in the season now.

The box for hard mode trading was checked. I unchecked it and all it good again.

I really don't recall checking it when setting up my game.
