Help with cards?

When I opened my account today, I didn't see any of my cards that I had from when I was doing the beta after having pre-ordered the game. Are those cards lost or is there a way of reaccessing them? Because when I opened the game I saw the 10 unopened packs like I was starting up perfect team for the first time, when I had already played several days and earned several cards in the beta testing after pre ordering. Is there any way to get these old cards back?

Beta test was just that, rewards for trivial things were grossly inflated to allow users to explore how to boost variants and explore the top tier cards that they wouldn't otherwise be able to buy without expending money or time.

Also, if you re-up for PT28, your entire PT27 team will also not carry over.

I am learning this too, I didn't even get enough cards to make a team yet, and no pack points, so not sure how to even get more cards right now tbh.

edit - besides waiting 12-24 hours to play in a tournament

Six starter packs and your three additional packs for starting a team in the first week. That's 54 cards. What did you do with them, autosell all the irons?

In any case, your login reward packs should fix the situation.
