PT: Auto Open of HOF Artifact

Issue:

Auto opens hall of fame artifact pack when clicking 'Open Packs' button instead of just taking you to the packs.

Not sure if intended as regular pack opening will take you to your available packs that have yet to be opened.

*Note: Packs large and block text that says 'Your Player Card Packs'

Expected Result:

Maybe should take you to your available artifact packs instead of opening if not intended to open immediately.
