Legacy Baseball: an Immersive OOTP Journey - Long-running historical league (1920s) with 3 openings!

Join our creative journey through the baseball ages today!

The long-running Legacy Baseball League is pleased to announce three rare openings for a creative, historical-fiction, and completely immersive baseball journey through the ages.

Founded in 2019, the LBL is a narratively deep and intricately designed historical fiction simulation, beginning in 1896 and currently entering the 1920 season. With a customized, census-based name database, beautifully designed uniforms and logos, and an active/friendly community of writers, tinkerers, and ne’er-do-wells, the LBL is a lifetime league that offers significant depth and engagement.

In the LBL, the Board’s vision and direction is one of Creativity, Storytelling, and Historical Interest. As time progresses, GMs work with the LBL Board to introduce changes to the League Constitution through proposals and votes during Winter Meetings.

There are many ways to contribute to this community: writing, podcasting, visual art, community participation, and good-spirited rivalry. We host GMs from all levels of OOTP experience. If you’re looking for more than a simulation and wish to explore a long-standing OOTP community with friendly GMs and plenty to keep you entertained, this is a league for you.
