Batter Aging Speed
I'm finding players rapidly declining around age 29-31 or so. What settings for changing Batter Aging Speed works more accurately?

This is what I use, but I'm going to adjust and test. These worked great for most of the year, but I'm guessing something was adjusted in one of the last updates because I'm getting waaaaay too many 40+ yr olds, and not enough ratings decline in the 30's. Also, my settings are based on creating results that are fun for me, and not so much a representation of real life. Real life is lame, but dingers are fun.

This is a 36 team league. Out of 1128 active players, 31 are between 38 - 42 years of age. I find I'm getting good results.
