Events missing?

I am unable to play as all events seem to be missing from the file, and the game crashes when simming as there is nothing for the game to do. I cannot set budgets on the 1st of every month, play any games, or sim to any specific events (Pre season start, trade deadline etc)

The entire news feed was wiped as well

If you keep advancing what happens?

Also, did you start the lockout season? Or what year did you start?

It crashes the whole game fully when I sim, this is a file about 70 years in so prior to the lockout.

Well that's additional context that is needed. You're going to need to upload that save to see if anything can be done or not.

Thanks, got it. Very strange, there are a couple of files missing from the folder, but nothing that would have that effect.

We'll try to see if it's fixable, but it may also be worth seeing if there's a backup in the rolling saves from before this happened: check in your rs_one and rs_two folders, and copy the files from whichever one has the most recent dates into your main folder, overwriting the files that are there. Then load the save; and if that doesn't take you back to a point before this happened, try the other folder instead. Both may be too recent to help, but it's worth a shot.

I checked the folder, I am missing both rs files for some reason. Not sure why but both haven’t generated for me in any save I own

AFAIK, rolling saves should be enabled by default - check your settings and see if the box is checked - https://manuals.ootpdevelopments.com...ge=preferences

They are activated in the game, the folders just do not exist in the file

Hmm, that behaviour is odd - would you mind just confirming the full file path of where you are looking? (of course, omitting your username if you desire).
