Purchase doesn't complete

Hi all, hope you had a good holiday season so far. I went on a bit ago and bought the $99.99 purchase, got the 175,000 ok but not the 35 standard packs, that are included.

Not that I expect much in the purchases, hopefully get at least 1 good card.

I bought the 99.99 bundle, I got the 175,000 pp but did not get 35 regular packs. Hope this helps
