Game keeps removing Phil Esposito out of Lineup

Game keeps removing Phil Esposito out of Lineup. He has a 73 rating. I just locked him in. We will see if the game keeps taking him out. I thought I looked him in before. All the other players were locked in. Very strange to take one of your best players out.

I know the reason for the AI taking players out of the line-ups. It is a bug. If you edit a player, the AI will take the player out of the line-up after the edit. This never happened before in any previous edition of FHM.

is it just a v12 bug, or in v11 as well?
