License Key

I bought a new PC this week, re-downloaded the game, added the activation key, and it worked fine.However, that PC ended up having ram issues and I returned it after I reinstalled windows.

I bought another new PC, it arrived today, and I re-downloaded the game, added the activation key, but it says I have maxxed out the activations.

Is there a way to have the license key only being active on this new PC? I thought be reinstalling windows on the returned PC, it would have deleted the used activation from the OOTP server, but I guess it didn't.

I also still have my old PC, which still has the game loaded, so I could delete it there if that helps.

So I had OOTP26 saved to an external hard drive, but I can't seem to find the folder where it may be at. It's not in a folder called "Out of the Park Developments" and search functions on my computer aren't finding it.

Is there any other way to deactivate it?

Follow the instructions of the wiki page.
There is no need to have the game running since it's a web page.

I did, but I can’t log back into the game on my old PC because the computer can no longer find it on my external HD. And I need to send them my computer code to deactivate it, but I can’t get it.

You don't need your computer to get the computer ID I know that seems counter-intuitive but relook at the wiki instructions. Look at Step 2 and the image to the right in those instructions. It should give you the computer IDs of both computers itis activated on. Pick the old computer (write that ID down or copy it). By process of elimination it's the ID you don't recognize or will be identifiable by the activation date.
