Is it possible to have different championship trophies?

I think I've asked this or been around when this has been asked and feel like it has been ad nauseum but don't remember.

In a game save of mine I have the Continental Cup as the finals and wanted to have its own "Continental Cup" image instead of that generic gold trophy or the World Series trophy if your championship series is named the World Series.

Is it possible to have this if I unpack the files and all that stuff then create championship trophies for their respective series or this absolutely not a possible thing at all?

These guys seem to know how to do it but were having an issue getting it to be done in 26 because the usual skin download wasn't in Add Central. But as to the "hows" they could prob help.

Thanks! However, I've tried to do this by renaming the image for the World Series trophy to the Continental Cup but alas, it still gives me the generic trophy.

After you renamed the Trophy, did you delete the Skin.bin file? Do that and then start the game, it will rebuild the skin with the newly named file.

Anytime you change images in a skin file, you need to let the game rebuild the skin.bin file.

Hey blue, I did this and deleted the skin.bin file. It did NOT rebuild the skin with the continental_cup.png file showing as the championship trophy, still the generic basic gold trophy.

Why is this so difficult to do now?

Did you rename the new trophy to the same as the default. I'm pretty sure it's not possible to have different trophies, just the one default. So whatever trophy you use, it has to be named the same as the default.

Edit: Not possible to have different trophies for different leagues as the skin will only display the default trophy.
