Trainer development

Kind of hit me when I was looking at the ratings of my trainer, but what about the ability to send the trainer to school during the off season to improve his ratings? When I see poor or fair in something like rehabbing arms, he should be able to take off season classes in physical therapy to improve his skills.

I'm just backing this because Rick Jameyson can't be around forever. Plus most Legendary coaches are in their 60s and close to retirement. They need professional development.
