How To Change GM Back

I am looking for a way to return to GM one team only.
Currently my long sim game is controlled completely by me. I am the GM of all teams. Recently I decided to try to only GM one team and move forward. But I cannot find the way to do that.
The GM options are limited.
If you know how please let me know.

Look to see if you can accept a job offer. You may noy be employed by a team. Check Available Jobs

Look in your league setup, same place where the option to set all teams to your control is "League Settings" Tab.

There should be an option there to set them all back to AI control. Do that and then apply/assign yourself to the single team you wish to GM.
