Previous Purchases are a PITA or not present at all

Guys, why does restoring previous purchases suck so much?

First, if I bought OOTP 25 then I paid for the 2024 roster. I shouldn't have to re-buy it within OOTP 26, it should already be there.

Second, how is this incredibly awkward OOTP GO system still in place? I bought the entire historical pack under the promise that the single OOTP GO app would continue to be updated and we'd buy future seasons as IAPs. Then suddenly it switched to a new yearly app, with the clunkiest export and import feature known to man.

One has to install the old OOTP GO app. Export the purchase to an email address. Enter a code sent to that email address without leaving the game to check one's email because the game will often glitch out and have to be forced closed if you're trying to multitask. If the game glitches and has to be force closed then you have to start from the beginning.

Then one has to repeat the same clunky as a process in the new, now additionally paid for, yearly release.

Why doesn't OOTP keep a database of my exported purchases and past OOTP 25 etc purchases tied to my email address? I shouldn't have to continually export, it should at most be a pain-free one time event with an app that's either better at avoiding memory issues or programmed to resume the export/import process where it left off on a fresh startup.

I want to specifically highlight this issue, because it has never worked that way before in previous versions of the game. Go 25 automatically unlocked the '23 season, and same for Go 23 and the '22 season when previous purchases were imported.

Will, please acknowledge that you are either going to fix this bug or that you are knowingly taking content away from paying customers.

It has been fixed for about a week now in the export of Go25

Have attempted to export seasons from Go25 once last Thursday and twice again this morning, no success in unlocking the 2024 season. Let me know if there's any information I can provide to help. Thanks

Just be sure you've updated to the most recent Go25 version since that's where the change was made. Since it is no longer available in the store it's possible you may need to manually update it
