International "WBC" style tournaments - can't select customized nations

Hello,

While I appreciate the game adding the World Baseball Classic for OOTP26, it doesn't seem like we can make our own customized WBC-style tournaments anymore - there is no option in tournament creation mode, or later after the tournament is created, to select and/or switch out nations. The game tends to auto-populate the nations with no ability to edit. Is this a bug to be fixed or something I'm missing? This was always one of my favorite parts of the previous games, beefing up the nation pool to 20+ countries, switching up the format, etc.
