Reduce ratings

My team is way too good. I would like to lower the ratings by 60 points across the board. Is there a way to do this en masse? If I export to a spreadsheet, what would I do next?

Open the roster in excel. type in the number 60 then copy it.
Highlight any numbers you want to edit, then do a special paste by right clicking and select subtract.
