Perfect Draft Park Factors

This has never been answered and I've seen conflicting info here:

When doing a Perfect Draft and seeing the park factors for the stadium listed as x/x, is it LEFTY/RIGHTY or RIGHTY/LEFTY? Not sure why it's just not listed as xR/xL but it's not. Thanks!

Thanks. I figured that was the case, but I saw a mod answer another question with "right/left" and then got very confused.

And while you're here, when it says the simulation is "stats and settings of the year ____," how do we know what that means? Do you have to research on BBRF to find out how batters and pitchers performed that year? And what would the "settings of ____ year" mean exactly? Is there someplace withn OOTP that shows the year factors and settings? Thanks.

Perfect Draft is a bridge too far for me. Plopping down $50 for PP better opportunity: cost
